Lease Terms

An outline of the leases terms are as follows:

• Unless otherwise stated, all leases are for 12 months, and that there is no rent concession over the summer vacation;

• Except where stated, all properties are available from 1st July;

• A deposit of approximately six (6) weeks rent is payable upon the signing of contracts;

• Rent to be paid monthly in advance by a single direct debit;

• All properties are double glazed, and have at least one washing-machine and separate dryer(s) or combined washer-dryer(s);

• The Landlord is responsible for the exterior maintenance of the property which includes the garden;

• Current fire and electricity regulation certificates are available for inspection upon request; and

• We operate a 365 day a year, 24 hours call-out service in the case of an emergency
